Paligen Technologies Clearing a path to a brighter future
Paligen Technologies was formed in February 2024 as REPKON USA Holdings, Inc. The original name was used with permission from a Turkish company, Repkon. Despite sharing a common name, the companies were separate and independent. They had differing ownership groups, management, missions, and markets. To better align with our mission and to alleviate confusion regarding our company affiliations, in 2026 the company changed its name to Paligen Technologies. The new name is a combination of the words “palingenesis”, meaning rebirth or renewal, and “paladin” referring to a noble warrior, better reflecting our proud mission to innovate and modernize in the defense sector.
